Apparently, petitioners are involved in three other police cases regarding same allegations. Apparently, petitioners manufacture title documents and causes registration thereof thereby trying to denude actual owners of this property. Role of the petitioners requires investigation. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

This application for anticipatory bail is, thus, rejected. CRM(A) 886 of 2024 is disposed of.
