Mr. Tarapada Das ... for the petitioners Mr. Susanta Pal, Ms. Ananya Neogi ... for the State After hearing learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction on the respondent no. 2 being the Director of Employment Exchange, Exempted Category Cell, Government of West Bengal, to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioners on 19th June, 2019. The said representation was made to the District Magistrate, Bankura, in relation to the claim of the petitioners to enlist their names as exempted categories, who belong to land losers and for appropriate enlistment in such categories before the Director of Employment Exchange, Kolkata. The respondent no. 2 shall dispose of the said representation within a period of four weeks from date after hearing all the necessary parties including the petitioners and shall pass a

reasoned order. The reasoned order shall take into account the relevant notifications and any other provisions of law as appropriate in the present case. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioners within a week from the date of passing such order.

WPA 7435 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
