Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of the petitioner is taken on record.

Petitioner was working in Jogesh Chandra Girls High School, Howrah till 29th December, 2021 and thereafter was transferred to Jhapordah Duke Institution, Howrah and joined the post of Assistant Teacher on 30th December, 2021.

Learned advocate representing the petitioner has made an attempt to make out a case based on representation dated 28th February, 2024 which was preferred more than two years after joining the post of Assistant Teacher in Jhapordah Duke Institution.

On perusal of the representation dated 28th February, 2024 it appears that same is cryptic and the details of the grievance of the petitioner is not stipulated in the said representation dated 28th February, 2024. As a result whereof District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah may not be able to comprehend the grievance of the petitioner, if said District Inspector of Schools (SE) is directed to decide representation dated 28th February, 2024. 5.

Hence, no relief can be granted on this writ petition and the same stands dismissed.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to make an appropriate representation to the concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah.

If such representation is made Court expects that District Inspector of Schools (SE), Howrah shall take steps in accordance with law.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 9.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned Advocates for the parties on the usual undertakings.
