State of West Bengal and others Mr. Sakti Pada Jana, Ms. Mayuri Ghosh .... for the petitioner Mr. Pantu Deb Roy, Mr. Subrata Guha Biswas .... for the State The limited grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner's applications for registration and issuance of permanent contract carriage permit are not being decided on by the respondent-authorities. It is submitted that the petitioner is willing to comply with whatever formalities that are required by law for the said purpose.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondentauthorities submits that the petitioner has not been taking information from the authorities. In the meantime, the petitioner's applications have already been approved by the Board Meeting dated December 9, 2019.

In view of such fair submission, no issue remains in the matter for adjudication. Since it has been admitted by the respondent-authorities that the grievance of the petitioner has already been resolved by allowing the applications of the petitioner for registration and issuance of permanent contract carriage permit, WPA No.6204 of 2022 is disposed of in the light of the above observations.

It is expected that the petitioner shall, at the earliest, meet the appropriate authorities, so that the necessary paper work, if any left, may be completed in the above regard.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
