The civil revision is being preferred praying for expeditious hearing in the Title Suit being no.380 of 2017, pending before the Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Chandannagar, Since 2017.

It appears that several interlocutory applications are also pending before the said Court for the last 6(Six) years.

Considering the relief prayed for, service is dispensed with and the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the interlocutory applications in the Title Suit within a period of 2(two) months from the date of communication of this order and also make

all endeavour to dispose of the suit, which is the suit for injunction expeditiously preferably within 6(Six) months from the date of this order. 4.

The Writ application stands disposed of.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

7.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
