The instant writ petition was filed in the year 2012. It appears from the record that a Coordinate Bench passed an order on 7th March, 2012 directing the writ petitioner to serve notice upon respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 and also to the learned Government Pleader and file affidavit-of-service. However, since then the petitioner did not take any step. It is not clear from the record as to whether the petitioner has complied with the order dated 7th March, 2012. Since the petitioner is absolutely reluctant to proceed with the instant writ petition there is every reason to hold that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with the instant writ petition. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default. (Bibek Chaudhuri, J.)
