Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no.1 and 3 were arrested during the pendency of the application. He submits that the application be treated as not pressed for such petitioners.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as not pressed as against the petitioner nos.1 and 3.

He seeks anticipatory bail for the petitioner no.2, Sajnur Bibi @ Sajenur, who is the mother-in-law of the de facto complainant.

State is represented.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the involvement of the petitioner no.2, Sajnur Bibi @ Sajenur, we grant her anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner no.2 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of

Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further conditions that the petitioner no.2 shall cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the jurisdictional Court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.

The application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. 2634 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
