We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had aided and abetted misappropriation of grants under public scheme. Bail prayer of the petitioner had been rejected earlier. Therefore, date has been fixed for consideration of charge. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
