Mr. Kamal Mishra Mr. Pratap Safuk Mr. Subhadeep Maitra ...for the petitioner Both the writ petitions are taken up for consideration pursuant to the order dated 14th November, 2022 when Mr. Kamal Mishra, learned advocate appears for the writ petitioner in WPA 2261 of 2008.

However, no one appears on behalf of the petitioners in WPA 4561 of 2008.

Mr. Mishra has submitted that due to efflux of time both the writ petitions have become infructuous since both the writ petitions relate to election held under Guardian Category for reconstitution of the Managing Committee of the school in question on 9th December, 2007 and placement of Government nominee on the newly reconstitute Managing Committee by the Concerned District Inspector of Schools (SE).

Considering the issue involved in both the writ petitions it appears nothing remains to be decided and

accordingly both the writ petitions stand dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Application, if pending, also stands dismissed. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings. (Saugata Bhattacharyya, J.)
