Mr. Mrinal Kanti Ghosh Mr. Sounak Bhattacharya Mr. Chandranath Sarkar Mr. Sounak Mandal ..........for the petitioner Mr. Somnath Naskar ......for the State Matter is finally taken up for consideration when Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate representing the petitioner submits that in terms of previous order Rs. 65,74,147/- has been paid to the petitioner after making statutory deductions. As entire amount which is payable according to calculation of the respondents is paid to the petitioner, requirement to submit report before this Court by the First Land Acquisition Collector, Kolkata in terms of order dated 10th July, 2024 stands dispensed with.

However, learned advocate representing the petitioner disputes quantification of amount and proportionate share of Corporation tax

which according to the petitioner is payable by the respondent authorities.

In view of such submission, writ petition stands disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law if anything remains due.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs.
