For the State This writ petition has appeared at the instance Court No. 22 25.01.2023 (Item No. 2) (AB) of the Court for correcting a typographical error in the order dated January 20, 2023.

In the penultimate paragraph at the third page of the said order the writ petition number read and corrected as "WPA 4372 of 2014" in place and stead of "W.P. 11690 (W) of 2011".

This correction should be incorporated in the previous order dated January 20, 2023.
