1. Pursuant to the order dated 15th June, 2026 report dated 23rd June, 2026 of Director General and Inspector General of Police, West Bengal is filed today and same is taken on record. Copy of the said report dated 23rd June, 2026 is made over to the learned advocate representing petitioner.

2. It is disclosed in the report dated 23rd June, 2026 that taking note of the reports received from various units of West Bengal Police it was found that apart from two cases which are known to the petitioner no other criminal proceedings are pending against the petitioner.

3. In view of furnishing report dated 23rd June, 2026 stating that there are two criminal prosecutions pending against the petitioner

which are known to the petitioner, grievance of the petitioner ventilated in this writ petition stands redressed.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
