Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as in spite of representation being filed, no steps have been taken by the Officer-inCharge, Park Street Police Station. Petitioner has also referred to in M.P. Case No.16 of 2025 wherein the learned Executive Magistrate was pleased to call for a report from the Officer-in-Charge, Park Street Police Station in respect of the accusations made by the petitioner.

Be that as it may, the nature of the dispute is amongst the relations as is reflected from the records of the case. Having considered the same, I am of the view that the police authorities without any

directions from the civil court will not be in a position to interfere with such nature of dispute.

Accordingly, the police authorities would only restrict themselves to oversee that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident results because of the strained relationship between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 6480 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
