The compliance report filed on behalf of the alleged contemnor which is already on record shows that arising of the direction of this Court dated March 21, 2024 the alleged contemnor has complied his obligation. The alleged contemnor has already referred the matter, in compliance of the direction of this court, before the Chairman West Bengal Regional School Service Commission (Eastern Region).

The rest of the direction of this Court shall be carried out by it in terms of the judgment of this Court dated March 21, 2024. Mr. Sarwar Jahan, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner has also confirmed the submissions made by Mr.

Chattopadhyay.

Mr. Jahan has placed a copy of the communication dated September 12, 2025 issued by the Assistance Secretary West Bengal Regional School Service Commission, (Eastern Region) which shows that the said commission has already taken steps for compliance of the direction of this Court. Copy of the said communication dated September 12, 2025 is taken on record.

However, this contempt proceeding has been filed only against the alleged contemnor who has already complied with direction of this court. Thus, this contempt proceeding WPCRC 128 of 2025 stands dropped and closed against the alleged contemnor.

Rule, issued against the alleged contemnor, stands discharged.

However, since the balance direction of the judgment of this court is required to be complied with by the West Bengal Regional School Service Commission, this court expects the same shall be complied with by the said commission.

In view of the above, this contempt proceeding as against the alleged contemnor herein being WPCRC 128 of 2025 stands disposed of.
