The detailed report in the form of affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no.9 is taken on record.

It appears from the report that there appear to be an inter se dispute between the Managing Committee members. Moreover, as it would reveal from the affidavit filed by the respondent no.9 that after the election, Abdul Motin was elected and he is presently the Secretary of the Managing Committee and on 3rd January, 2024, he had received all the documents from the respondent no.9 which fact was not disclosed before the Coordinate Bench.

In view of the aforesaid facts, we do not find any reason to proceed any further with this public interest litigation.

Accordingly, the appeal stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
