This appeal has been filed assailing the judgment and order of acquittal dated 7th February, 2024 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bankura in connection with Complaint Case No.163C of 2022 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, the appeal stands dismissed as not pressed, with liberty to file afresh in compliance with the provision of Section 378(4) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. 4.

Department is directed to return certified copy of the impugned order annexed to the application to the appellant upon replacing the same with a photocopy thereof.
