This revisional application has been filed praying for expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 681 of 2017, pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 6th Court at Alipore, South 24 Parganas.

Petitioner prays that the suit and the pending application for injunction may be disposed of expeditiously.

Without going into the merits of the claims of the petitioner and without making any observations on the issues raised by the petitioner, this revisional application is disposed of with a request upon the learned court below to proceed expeditiously with the suit and dispose of the pending application within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. Thereafter the suit shall proceed expeditiously.

The learned court below shall proceed independently and in accordance with law by allowing the parties to contest the proceedings. The revisional application is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Service of the revisional application and a server copy of this order upon the opposite parties and on their learned Advocate appearing in the learned court below.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties as expeditiously as possible subject to compliance of all usual formalities.
