1. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for both the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the mother-in-law of the victim-housewife. She was present at the matrimonial home when the victim was smothered to death. In view of the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the crime and gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to her at this stage.
