The present revision is of the year 2019 praying for setting aside an order dated 20.12.2019 passed in M.R Case No.155 of 2012(computer registration case no.08 of 2015) passed by the learned ACJM, Gnagarampur at Buniadpur, Dakshin Dinajpur. As none appears for the the petitioner in spite of repeated calls since the date of listing, the revisional application stands dismissed for default.

Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
