Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors submits that a decision has been taken in terms of the order of this court, although the petitioner disputes the said contention.

As per the prayer of the alleged contemnors, the alleged contemnors are directed to file a compliance report on oath on the next date of hearing with an advance copy to the petitioner for responding to the same.

The matter shall be listed for hearing under the same heading on February 16, 2024.
