The petitioner/wife and the opposite party/husband are directed to file affidavit of assets before the learned trial court by 1st August, 2022. The learned trial court would take into account the affidavits so filed and thereafter consider afresh the issue of interim maintenance. Needless to state that this court has not gone into the merits of the case or regarding the entitlement of interim maintenance. Learned trial court is at liberty to direct the payment of interim maintenance or not to direct the same. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1166 of 2022 is accordingly disposed of.
