Heard both the parties.

It appears from the prayers made in the writ petition that the petitioners have asked for relief of directing the respondent concerned to consider its representation dated 17th March, 2020 as appears at page 48, being Annexure-P-8 of the writ petition making prayer before the respondent authority concerned for allowing the adjustment of the estimated tax. The details of which will appear from the said representation.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the Designated Committee (Legacy Dispute Resolution)(SVLDRS) Scheme, 2019, Kolkata/the respondent No.2 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 17th March, 2020 by passing a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners

or its authorised representative within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate its decision to the petitioners within one week thereafter.

It is recorded that this court has not gone into the merits of the said representation and the respondent concerned shall consider the said representation strictly in accordance with law.

WPA 5292 of 2020 is disposed of.
