The petitioner is in custody for 130 days and prays for bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defacto complainant has not named the petitioner in the written complaint. Co-accused are on bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that the petitioner is one of the assailants who hurled the bomb. He has absconded for about 12 years. Considering the material on record as well as the conduct of the petitioner prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. The application for bail is disposed of.
