The petitioners are seeking appointment on compassionate ground in Metro Railway, Kolkata. Since this Court lacks jurisdiction in entertaining an application as against the Metro Railway, Kolkata for compassionate appointment in view of the provisions of Section 3(q) and 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the matter is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh on the self-same cause, if permissible in law before the appropriate forum.
