1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses show petitioner was seen scuffling with the victim. Dead body of the victim was recovered from his house. Post mortem report shows victim suffered homicidal death.

3. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.

5. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at an early date.
