Offensive video photograph was taken of the incident. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that video photograph as claimed by the de facto complainant was found in the Internet.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioner therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. CRM (A) 1161 of 2023 is dismissed.
