Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities particularly with regard to the representation dated 23.02.2024 where police assistance was sought for in respect of demarcation of the land.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Neelam Singh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

In view of the nature of prayer advanced, I am of the opinion that as substantial time has passed, Petitioners would furnish a fresh representation before the Officer-in-Charge, Islampur

Police Station who would take a decision in respect of the prayer advanced on behalf of the petitioners. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 7094 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
