... for the petitioner Petitioner has moved this writ petition on the prayer, inter alia, that the order of the respondent no. 3, communicated vide letter dated December 31, 2008 (annexure P- 6) be set aside, on the ground that the same is contradictory to the Memorandum No. 1575/1 (5)/GEN dated December 19, 2008 (annexure P - 3). The matter relates to the dispute between the parties that allegedly the respondent authorities have denied the petitioner, the benefits pursuant to her upgraded qualification.

According to the petitioner, she has been governed by the memorandum dated December 19, 2008.

However, vide order impugned dated December 31, 2008 she has been wrongfully denied the benefits whatsoever. During hearing Mr.

Bari, learned counsel representing the petitioner has handed over a copy of the order of the respondent no. 3 dated July, 2023 and sought for necessary orders to be passed.

On perusal of the same it appears that the petitioner has already been granted benefits in accordance with the notification dated December 19, 2008 and her grievance has already been mitigated.

In view of the said order dated July 6, 2023 of the respondent no. 3, it is found that there remains no issue left for adjudication in this writ petition any further. Hence, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Photocopy of the report dated July 6, 2023 be kept with the record.
