1. Instruction forwarded by the Officer-in-Charge, Penro Police Station signed on 3rd April, 2025 be retained with the records.

2. The bank account of the petitioner has been debit freezed by the bank as it was found to be involved in fraudulent transactions.

3. Learned advocate representing the State has obtained instructions from the Penro Police Station wherefrom it appears that the offence in which the petitioner's bank account was found to be involved is under investigation and the Special Task Force is conducting the said investigation.

4. The details of the case are mentioned in the report. Let a copy of the same be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.

5. It will be open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps before the learned Court where the subject criminal case is pending consideration.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all the requisite formalities.
