Matter is heard in presence of learned advocates representing the petitioner, respondent nos. 5 and 6 and State respondents.

By presenting this writ petition, petitioner prays for direction upon the concerned police authorities which would facilitate the petitioner to enjoy possession over the property in question. It is stated that complaints were made before the concerned police authorities but those complaints were not acted upon.

Learned advocate representing respondent nos. 5 and 6 has opposed this writ petition due to pendency of

Suit being Title Suit Case No. 37/2026 before the SubDivisional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur where respondent nos. 5 and 6 are plaintiffs. Reliance is placed on ad interim order dated 18th February, 2026 passed in aforesaid Title Suit whereby defendants including the petitioner herein were restrained from dispossessing the plaintiffs being respondent nos. 5 and 6 herein from the suit property. 4.

State respondents are represented by learned advocate.

In view of pendency of Title Suit and ad interim order passed by the civil court dated 18th February, 2026 restraining the petitioner to dispossess respondent nos. 5 and 6 from the suit property, no order need be passed on this writ petition.

Writ petition stands disposed of.

However, petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the civil court in pursuit of remedy.
