It is submitted that there is an inadvertent, accidental omission in the order dated 14th May, 2026. In the last paragraph, it is clarified that the 'Report dated 13 April, 2026' instead of 'Report dated 7 April, 2026'.

The order dated 14th May, 2026 stands clarified to the above extent only.
