Apprehending arrest in connection with Kharagpur (Town) P.S. Case No.132/2020 dated 21.03.2020 under Section 195A/34 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioners have filed the present application.

Pursuant to the order dated 01.04.2020, the petitioners have taken out an application, being CRAN 2 of 2021, thereby praying for confirmation of the interim order passed. As the petitioners have been complying with the order, we confirm the earlier order granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners, namely, (1) Akash Mohan, (2) Anita Mohan, (3) Kuldip Mohan and (4) Suraj Mohan on the same terms and conditions.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer

and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

If the petitioners are found to be violating conditions so imposed by the Court in its order dated 01.04.2020, the State will be at liberty to cancel the bail without assigning any fresh reason. With the aforesaid observation, the application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No. 2884 of 2020 and the connected application being CRAN 2 of 2021 are, thus, disposed of.
