In our opinion, there is no infirmity in the findings of the learned first appellant court that a portion of the deed of sale is valid, whereas the other portion is invalid on the ground that the transferor has transferred a portion of the property not belonging to him.

In those circumstances, we do not think it fit to pass any order admitting this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal and the connected application are dismissed.
