Petitioner complains of violation of the order dated August 25, 2023 passed in WP.ST 147 of 2010.

By such order, we directed the State authorities to appoint the writ petitioner to the post of Fisheries Development Assistant without any further delay but positively within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of such order subject to completion of necessary formalities.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, the authorities complied with such direction by the order dated April 30, 2024.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the writ petitioner is yet to receive the monetary benefits of such order.

Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor submits that, since the petitioner is yet to submit the Aadhar Cared and bank account details, payment could not be made. He submits that, payment would be made immediately on submission of such details.

In such circumstances, CPAN 445 of 2024 in WP.ST 147 of 2010 is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to deposit Aadhar Card and bank account details with the authorities.

Authorities will no doubt pay the monetary benefits to the petitioner forthwith on receipt of such details.
