Anwar Hossain Mr. Suman De For the State The present application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been preferred by the petitioner in connection with Dubrajpur Police Station Case No. 202 of 2016 dated 20.08.2016 under sections 420/448/323/324/354/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Records reveal that by an order dated 8th April, 2020 passed in CRM 2890 of 2020 the petitioner was granted interim bail on conditions as incorporated therein.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has duly complied with the conditions as imposed.

He further submits that upon completion of investigation, charge sheet has also been filed. The learned advocate appearing for the State has not been able to dispute the fact that the petitioner has complied with the conditions as incorporated in the earlier order of this Court dated 8th April, 2020.

Accordingly, we confirm the interim bail and direct that the petitioner, namely, Arup Ratan Ghosh, shall be released on regular bail to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dubrajpur, Birbhum upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local with a further condition that the petitioner shall be present before the learned Trial Court on the dates specified for hearing. With the aforesaid observations, the application for bail, being CRM No.2890 of 2020, is disposed of.
