A spot inspection report dated 29th September, 2023 has been filed in Court by the learned advocate representing the Howrah Municipal Corporation. The same is taken on record. Copy of the same has been circulated amongst all the parties.

The Corporation is directed to grant opportunity of hearing to all the parties to decide the issues as raised by the petitioner. If any remedial steps are required to be taken, then the same shall be immediately taken by the Corporation. A formal order shall be passed by the

Corporation and communicated to the parties.

Opportunity of hearing shall be given to the CESC Limited.

It will be open for all the parties to rely upon all documents in support of their respective stand at the time of hearing.
