This revisional application has been filed by the petitioner/wife in Misc. Case No.232 of 2018. The petitioner is aggrieved by orders dated January 27, 2021 and February 15, 2021 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 5th Court at Barasat, District North 24-Parganas.

Records reveal that an application for visitation under Section 12 of the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 has been filed in the Act VIII case, which is pending for final disposal. It also appears that the learned Court below has directed the opposite party to produce the child on the next date fixed. I do not find any material irregularity in the orders impugned.

It is expected that the learned Court below shall dispose of the said application expeditiously and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the non-production of the child, which she apprehends, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate steps before the learned Court below.

The revisional application is dismissed.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis. (Shampa Sarkar, J.)
