The instant criminal revisional application was filed against an order dated 05.01.2010 passed by the learned Sessions Judge-inCharge, Paschim Medinipur in Cr. Misc. Case No.2247 of 2009 direction release the opposite party No.1 on bail. Perused the order under challenged passed by the learned Trial Court. This court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

The instant criminal revisional application and connected application are dismissed.

Interim order if any stands vacated.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned Trial Court for due compliance.
