The petitioner originally moved WP 6603(W) of 2015 and was permitted to appear in an interview for the selection process of Assistant Teacher conducted by the DPSC, Malda in the year 2009. The letter of interview dated 28th February, 2022.

It was stated that the petitioner did not come to the interview.

The writ petition has been filed on 13th March, 2023.

The petitioner is, therefore, covered under the judgment and order dated 26th April, 2024 passed in WPA 25712 of 2022 (Md. Asiruddin and Ors. Vs. State of West Bengal and Ors.). She shall be entitled to appointment on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid order.

The respondents shall accept the petitioner's application.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
