The learned Counsel for the appellants has produced before us Pension Payment Order dated 7th February, 2019 in connection with CPAN 420 of 2018 and submits that the direction passed by the learned Single Judge with regard to the refund of the employer's share under contributory provident fund with interest and additional interest has been deposited following the direction of the learned Single Judge prior to issuing the P.P.O.

In view of such compliance, nothing remains in this appeal. The appeal and the application are also disposed of by recording compliance of the order passed by the learned Single Judge.

The Photostat copy of the P.P.O. being Memo No.K/S/00022/2019 dated 25th March, 2019 be kept with the record.
