The petitioner submits that after the resolution dated 29th January, 2021, he has submitted documents showing compliance with the conditions imposed upon him as per decision taken in the meeting dated 29th January, 2021. I do not find any such documents annexed to the writ application and hence no favourable order can be passed by this Court.

The writ application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file it afresh on the self-same cause of action.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. (Abhijit Gangopadhyay, J.)
