The petitioners have jointly applied for mutual transfer before the President, West Bengal Board of Primary Education. The petitioner no. 1 is an Assistant Primary Teacher of Panchpara UP School of CircleAlipore under Kolkata Primary School Council and the petitioner no. 2 is an Assistant Primary Teacher of Napitpara Primary School under Sadar-I Circle of the District Primary School Council, Purulia.

In those circumstances, the Secretary, West Bengal Board of Primary Education may consider the petitioners' application for mutual transfer strictly in accordance with applicable rules and particularly after

ascertaining the willingness of both the petitioners within a period of 10 weeks from date and pass appropriate orders thereof.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities.
