The appeal is in time and form but Stamp Reporter has pointed out an error in date of decree of Appellate Court. We overlook the error since rule 7 in Order XX, Code of Civil Procedure, provides that the decree shall bear the date, on which the judgment was pronounced..

The appeal is to be moved for admission, but, as aforesaid, none appears List under heading "For Dismissal"

on 30th September, 2021."

SAT 910 of 2005 is dismissed.
