The case being M.R. Case No.115 of 2023 is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mathabhanga, Coochbehar. Consequently, the Principal Bench has no jurisdiction to hear the case.

Petitioner has tried to hoodwink this Court by incorporating in the cause title District Hooghly which is the residence of the petitioner and has got nothing to do with the case. Accordingly, CRR 1051 of 2024 is dismissed.
