1. Affidavit-in-opposition to the contempt application, filed today in court, be kept on record.

2. The petitioner shall file reply, if any, by November 08, 2024, when the matter shall next be listed.

3. Learned counsel for the alleged contemnors also submits that an appeal against the parent order has been preferred in the meantime, along with a stay application, before the concerned Division Bench.

4. It is expected that before the next returnable date, the alleged contemnors shall take steps in connection with the appeal and apprise the court of the outcome thereof on the next returnable date.

5. It is also submitted that the General Manager of the Eastern Coalfields, who has been made a party to the present contempt application, has since been transferred. The learned Advocate for the alleged contemnors shall furnish the particulars of the current

incumbent in writing to his counterpart appearing for the petitioner by September 30, 2024.

6. Leave is granted to the petitioner to carry out necessary corrections to the cause title of the contempt application accordingly before the next returnable date. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
