CRAN 5 of 2021 has been preferred for passing appropriate orders thereby praying for extension of time for furnishing the bond before the learned ACJM, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur as the petitioner could not comply with the necessary formalities by 19th February, 2020. As directed in the order dated 27.01.2021 the said period for furnishing bond before the learned ACJM, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur is extended till 02.03.2021. With the aforesaid observation, CRAN 5 of 2021 is disposed of.
