The State of West Bengal and others It appears that an inadvertent typographical error had crept into the judgment passed by this Court on 25.06.2024 in the present case.

At the first page of the said order sheet, the date of delivery of judgment has been erroneously recorded as "24.06.2024", instead of "25.06.2024."

The date "24.06.2024" recorded therein shall be treated as "25.06.2024" and thus, the inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected.

This order shall be treated as a part of the judgment passed and both shall always be read conjointly. Parties shall act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. [ Jay Sengupta, J. ]
