Petitioner complains that he has been falsely implicated in connection with Kudligi/Gudekote Police Station Crime No. 55/2024 under the relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act and the Indian Penal Code. The said police station is situated within the jurisdiction of the State of Karnataka. Consequently, the State of West Bengal has got no role regarding the merits of the case, except for the limited purpose of cooperating with the police authorities of Karnataka. Petitioner claims that the contents including the accusations in the FIR are far from truth.

Be that as it may, since the jurisdiction of the case is within the domain of the Hon'ble High Court at Karnataka, this court will not interfere with the merits of the FIR.

Accordingly, WPA of is dismissed.
