1. We have heard the learned advocates for either of the parties.

2. On going through the facts and circumstances, we find that the order and direction issued by the learned Single Bench was perfectly valid.

3. Prima facie, it has been established that the seal of the High Court has been forged and affixed in a Deed of Agreement dated 9th September, 1998 and

it appears that the property is in Calcutta and it was registered in Jalpaiguri.

4. In any event, if there is an allegation of forgery, it is not clear as to how the police could have filed a closure report stating that the matters are civil in nature.

5. Therefore, we find no grounds to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Bench and the appeals are dismissed.
