The same is incorrect, it should be read as follows:

"Jhargram PS Case No. 295 of 2024 dated 24.09.2024" It has also been pointed out by the learned advocate for the petitioner that, inadvertently, in the cause title of the application, the name of the petitioner has been referred to as „Aman Mahata‟. The same is incorrect. It should be read as „Anam Mahata‟.

This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 20.04.2026.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order dated 20.04.2026.
